Developing a Coaching Culture
A coaching culture is an organisation development initiative. It requires structural and systemic support for internal coaches to identify development areas of their coachees, a system to track their development and a feedback process to help internal coaches grow. This coaching system serves as a backbone of a coaching culture until the culture is in-grained.

From the 360 Feedbacks, the coach and coachee will be able to determine areas of growth that the coachee wants to work on.

This feature helps the coachee to record their action plans after each coaching session and to update the actions as it progresses.
