Our founder
Wai K. Leong, MCC
Wai K is the first Malaysian coach to receive his Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation in 2012. He is one of the few Asian coaches currently holding the credential in Asia. He has served as a board member for two terms in the ICF Global. He brings with him over 30 years of leadership experience with 15 years at senior management level of public-listed companies. His key focus is helping leaders in organization enhance their leadership capabilities through coaching and skills training. He has authored of 3 books on leadership and coaching, Empowering Asian Mindsets Through Coaching, Powerful Performance Coaching Tips & SHIFT- Masterful Coaching. As a learning specialist, his approach is based on adult leaning principles and his clients describe his positivity and patience as his core strength, providing ample space for them to reflect, explore, discover their strengths and capabilities.

Florence Lam, PCC
Florence has coached entrepreneurs, emerging leaders to senior level executives and business leaders. Over 15 years of extensive multinational and regional/cross-culture coaching experiences, including one-to-one executive/personal coaching, team/group coaching and coaching facilitation. Clients are from a broad range of industries including Banking, Insurance, Investment, Financial Services, Telecommunication, Professional Services, Automotive, Information Technology, Government Agencies and NGOs.
May Wong, PCC
May worked as a Leadership Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Coach with IBM for 10 years in the areas of employee development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, multi-cultural effectiveness and leadership development. She worked with leaders across all levels of leadership in Malaysia, Asia Pacific, India, and contributed to their career growth and development as leaders. In her second half of life career as a coach and facilitator, she has worked with shared services, financial institutions, IT Services and many multinational companies.
SC Khoo, PCC
SC has 30 years of consulting experience and coaching cross-cultural high performance organisation. She is a Global Practice Leader building and integrating teams through coaching culture enabling values-based performance and succession. Driving client transformation projects and facilitating talent initiatives like Advancing Leaders, Women Talent Council, ASEAN Project Management Board and Coaching for Performance Certification programs. She has 15 years in Talent programs such as Purposeful Leadership.
Rosalyn Tan, PCC
Over the decades, Rosalyn has over 25 years of successful Executive Experience with multi-national organizations, retired into 12 years of Coaching, where the last 6 years was with the sick and grieving. In that aspect, she brings first-hand knowledge on emotions and turmoil associated with uncertainty, fears, regrets, pain and suffering thus helping them to move on to new positions and better state and acceptance – building courage to find new perspectives and opening new windows of opportunity, to embrace the unknown and have faith in one’s own future, no matter how dim it seems to be.
Thirukesan (Certified Coach)
A senior Learning and Development professional with over 25 years of experience in various industries including consultancy, hospitality, telecommunications, oil and gas and financial institutions.
Thiru is a results-driven individual who sets and achieves challenging goals whilst demonstrating persistence and commitment through his work. Having multiple international certifications, he has trained over 100,000 people from various backgrounds to be more effective leaders and achievers in their respective fields of human endeavours. The effectiveness of his learning and development initiatives have been measured at all levels of the organization to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace. As a result, employee engagement scores have increased from 63% to 82% within a year in a top three financial institution.
Barry Ong, ACC
Barry Ong received his Associate Certified Coach credential from International Coach Federation in 2015. He brings with him over 30 years of Leadership experience in various functions such as Human Resource Management, Change Management and Process Improvement at MNC companies. His key focus is helping leaders and individuals discover what matters most through coaching, reflective facilitation and skills training. As a learning specialist, he leverages on his learnings in positive psychology to establish a safe space for self-discovery. learning and growth to increase awareness and explore new possibilities and opportunities to move forward.
